Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat the egg into the butter mixture. Sift the flour and baking powder together, then mix thoroughly. Fill a bag with the batter and pipe small heaps onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at medium heat (about 175°C) until golden brown. Let cool after baking. Glue two cookies together with chocolate glaze.
