Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g margarine
- 170 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g flour, grippy
- 70 g almonds, grated
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 700 g plums
- 170 ml sour cream
- 35 g powdered sugar
- 1 ½ eggs
- Cinnamon
- Bitter almond aroma
- 4 cl Amaretto
- 30 g almonds, sliced

Wash, halve, and pit the plums. Beat the margarine, vanilla sugar, and sugar until fluffy, then gradually add the eggs. Continue beating until fluffy. Combine the flour, baking powder, and almonds, then stir the flour-almond mixture into the foam. Spread the batter into a greased 26 cm springform pan and top with the plums. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. After the half hour, spread the icing over the cake and sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake for another half hour. Total baking time: one hour. Glaze: Combine the sour cream, powdered sugar, eggs, cinnamon, bitter almond oil, and Amaretto; mix well. Tip: Other fruits can be used instead of the plums. Almonds can be replaced with nuts or pumpkin seeds.
