Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ onion(s), finely diced
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 60 ml water
  • ½ cube of soup
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 3 tbsp chives, fresh or frozen
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with (grilled) meat or fish

Heat the onion with wine, water, and stock cubes, then reduce. Let cool, then add the crème fraîche and chives. Season with salt and pepper, and finally fold in the cream.
