Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp flour
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 400 g quark (spring quark or herb quark)
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of dill or chervil
- 1 bunch of chives
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauté the flour in butter, then add the stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer for another 5 minutes. Let cool slightly and stir in the quark. Dice the ham, finely chop the herbs, and stir into the quark sauce. Quarter the eggs and carefully fold in. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with boiled potatoes.
