Cheese cream sauce

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 200 g Cheddar cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Always works great, especially for cheese steaks

Pour the cream into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add the cream cheese and stir until smooth. Cut the Cheddar cheese into small cubes and add to the cream. Melt the cheese while stirring constantly. Finely chop the parsley and spring onions and add to the saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat and season with salt and pepper. Let the sauce rest for 10 minutes to infuse. It’s now ready.
