Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup mineral water, carbonated
  • 100 g almonds or hazelnuts
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 250 g chocolate (cooking chocolate)
  • 125 g butter
  • sweets

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with the sugar. Stir in the nuts, coconut flakes, and cocoa. Add the oil and mineral water in small amounts, alternating between the two, while stirring the batter continuously. Combine the flour and baking powder and fold in. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the batter mixture evenly. Bake at 190°C for about 25 minutes. For the glaze, melt the cooking chocolate with the butter and mix well. Cover the cake with it and decorate with Smarties or gummy bears, for example.
