Soak the raisins in a little water for a few minutes. Using a food processor, grind the oats and then the raisins. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces or chop it in a food processor. Beat the egg and cream cheese until frothy, add the raisins, and mix. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix. Spoon about 12 spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for about 8 minutes at 175°C. You can add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, or flaxseeds to taste. Since they contain no sugar, the cookies won’t taste very sweet!
