Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg apples, sour
- 1 lemon(s), juice and zest
- 150 ml white wine
- 1 piece(s) cinnamon
- 350 g flour
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 250 g butter, melted
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g quark
- 30 g semolina
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Peel and quarter the apples, then sauté them in a lemon juice and white wine mixture with the cinnamon bark for five minutes. Then strain and let cool. Combine the flour, 170g of sugar, and pudding powder. Pour over the melted butter and knead everything into crumbles. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the remaining 80g of sugar until stiff peaks form. Combine the egg yolks, curd cheese, grated lemon zest, vanilla sugar, and semolina, and stir in the egg whites. Grease the bottom of a springform pan, fill with half of the crumbles, and press firmly into the pan. Pour the curd mixture on top, arrange the apples evenly on top, and sprinkle with the remaining crumbles. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (without fan) for about 1 hour.
