Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 8 apples, sour
  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel and juice
  • 100 g flour
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 100 g almond(s), sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate. In the meantime, peel, quarter, core, and finely dice the apples, and drizzle with lemon juice. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a springform pan with it, extending the edges by about 3 cm. Pour in the apples. Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and grated lemon zest until fluffy. Add the flour and mix in. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the mixture. Spoon this mixture onto the apples and spread evenly. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 60 minutes (I added 10 minutes). Let the cake cool in the pan.
