Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g yogurt
- 125 ml whipped cream
- 300 g fruit of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix the pudding mix with about 6 tablespoons of cold milk. Then mix well with the egg yolk and vanilla sugar. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, stir in the sugar and slowly stir in the pudding mixture. Let the pudding cool and then refrigerate for about an hour. Then stir in the yogurt. It tastes delicious if you also fold in the stiffly whipped cream, but you can omit it to save calories. You can chop or puree fruit of your choice and finally fill dessert bowls with the cream. Pickled fruit (peaches, pears, cherries, etc.) are good choices. Berries (fresh, thawed or made into a puree) are particularly delicious. Save a few pretty pieces of fruit for garnish.
