Mango Salad with Cheese

The perfect mango salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Mango
  • 10 Thai basil leaves
  • 1 Handful Coriander leaves
  • 150 Milliliters Coconut milk fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeño oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Chilli fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon Honey liquid
  • 100 g Semi-Hard cheese
  • 2 Spring onions
  1. Peel, halve and dice the mango. Dice the cheese too. Cut the spring onions into rings. Put the coconut milk with the oil, honey and balsamic vinegar in a screw-top jar and shake well. Chop the basil leaves and chilli. Put all the ingredients with the coriander leaves and the allspice dEspelette in a bowl and mix together. Season the salad with some colored pepper.
  2. If you don’t like coriander, you can replace it with parsley.
