Mango Salad with Cheese
The perfect mango salad with cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Mango
- 10 Thai basil leaves
- 1 Handful Coriander leaves
- 150 Milliliters Coconut milk fresh
- 1 tablespoon Jalapeño oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon balsamic vinegar
- 1 Chilli fresh
- 1 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- 1 teaspoon Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 teaspoon Honey liquid
- 100 g Semi-Hard cheese
- 2 Spring onions
- Peel, halve and dice the mango. Dice the cheese too. Cut the spring onions into rings. Put the coconut milk with the oil, honey and balsamic vinegar in a screw-top jar and shake well. Chop the basil leaves and chilli. Put all the ingredients with the coriander leaves and the allspice dEspelette in a bowl and mix together. Season the salad with some colored pepper.
- If you don’t like coriander, you can replace it with parsley.
