Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) bacon, fat (approx. 2 cm thick, 15 cm long)
  • 3 onions, diced
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry with the onions until golden brown. Pour the milk into a measuring jug and stir in the flour and mustard. Now pour the mixture into the bacon and onion mixture, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk. Goes very well with boiled potatoes.
