Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pineapple, pieces

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

lightning fast and super tasty

First, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the vanilla sugar and butter. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in. Add a pinch of salt. Divide the batter into two portions. Add the cocoa powder, walnuts, and cinnamon to one portion. Add the pineapple pieces to the other portion. Pour the batter alternately into a well-greased Bundt pan or a silicone mold rinsed with water. Bake at 175-200°C for one hour, remove from the oven, let cool for about 20 minutes, and then carefully turn out. This cake is delicious, especially after letting it sit for a day or two.
