Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300g Gorgonzola
  • 200 g cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove the rind from the Gorgonzola. Heat the cream and melt the Gorgonzola. Stir in the butter, bring to a boil, and add enough milk until the sauce reaches the right consistency. Season with sugar, nutmeg, pepper, and salt, if desired. This goes well with any kind of steak and tagliatelle pasta.
