Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 onion(s)
- Fat, for frying
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 tbsp marjoram
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth, instant
- 1 cup crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Slice the leek into rings and wash. Sauté the diced onion in the fat. Add the minced meat and cook until thoroughly cooked. Add the spices and bouillon powder, and pour in a little water. Add the leek and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Season to taste. Stir in the crème fraîche. We like to serve this with pasta or potatoes.
