Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ jar Pesto Genovese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ½ pack of cream cheese, natural or herb cream cheese
- 1 onion(s)
- some pepper
- some olive oil
- 1 egg(s), as desired
- some salt
- some Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
super simple, vegetarian and really delicious
Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and sauté in a pan with olive oil. Then add the pesto and cream cheese and stir to combine. Add a pinch of pepper and finish with grated Parmesan cheese. Stir constantly to prevent the cheese from sticking to the pan. Alternatively, stir in the egg and salt and heat until the pasta is cooked. I like to serve it with macaroni.
