Coconut chocolate sheet cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 80 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • 12 pieces of confectionery (Raffaello)
  • 2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 120 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pack of chocolate kisses with coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

with Raffaello and coconut chocolate kisses

Mix all the ingredients for the batter thoroughly. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Halve approximately 12 Raffaello biscuits and arrange them on top of the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly. Meanwhile, make the vanilla pudding with milk and sugar as usual. Immediately stir in the butter and desiccated coconut. Allow to cool slightly. Then spread the mixture over the cake. Decorate with the coconut marshmallows.
