Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 tbsp ketchup (curry ketchup)
  • 5 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • chili
  • curry powder
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pour the curry ketchup into a saucepan, mix with 4-5 tablespoons of water, and bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from the heat and season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, chili, a little sugar, and curry powder to taste. Pour the hot sauce over cooked curry sausages and sprinkle with curry powder. Depending on the consistency, it also pairs well with grilled food.
