- 6 steak(s) (pork neck steak(s))
- 7 slice(s) cheese (Gouda 1cm thick), size like the neck steaks
- 1 bottle of chili sauce or hot chili sauce
- 1 cup of cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Casserole with pork neck steaks and chili sauce
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Season the neck steaks with pepper and salt. Layer the cheese and neck steaks alternately in a baking dish. Cover the baking dish and bake in the oven for 1 hour. Mix the chili sauce and cream, pour over the steaks after 1 hour, and continue cooking for another half hour. Serve with rice and baguette.
