Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 3 bell peppers, mixed, diced
  • 125 g rice
  • 3 onions, diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ liter vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil in a large pan or wok and fry the minced meat. Add the onions and fry them. Add the corn, bell peppers, and peas to the pan and toss everything briefly. Deglaze with 1/2 liter of stock and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the rice separately and add it to the rice pan at the end, letting the chopped spring onions simmer for another two minutes.
