Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g almonds
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Vanillin sugar
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sift flour and knead with the butter to form a dough. Add the sugar and almonds and quickly knead with the egg yolk. Chill for 30 minutes. Shape equal-sized pieces into croissants. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C. Mix the powdered sugar with the vanilla sugar and toss the croissants in it while they’re still warm.
