Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 260 g sugar
  • 1 tsp caramel syrup, generously measured
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g milk chocolate
  • 150 g muesli (chocolate muesli crunchy)
  • 100 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 100 g hazelnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Preheat the oven (top/bottom heat: 190°C, fan: 165°C, gas mark 3). Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Beat the butter, sugar, and syrup for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Fold in the eggs one at a time and beat for another 3 minutes. Add the flour mixture and gently fold in with a wooden spoon until just a dough forms. Roughly chop the chocolate and nuts and fold them into the batter along with the oats and muesli. Using a teaspoon, place small mounds on a baking sheet and flatten with a fork. Leave some space between them, as the mounds will spread. Place in the oven and bake for about 10-13 minutes.
