Curry pan with peaches

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) pork fillet(s) or turkey fillet or
  • schnitzel meat
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • ½ jar mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can peach(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Lightly pound the meat, sear, and season. Place in a baking dish. Arrange the mushrooms on top. Place the drained peach halves on top. For the sauce, season the mayonnaise generously with salt, pepper, and curry powder (use more or less curry powder to taste). Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the mayonnaise, and pour over the peaches. Again, if you like a lot of sauce, simply use a little more of each ingredient. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
