Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g sunflower seeds
- 200 g almond(s), ground
- 200 g brown sugar
- 2 large eggs

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. Using a tablespoon, scoop out small heaping balls and place them on a baking sheet, flattening slightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. This amount of dough yields approximately 40 cookies. These cookies will retain their shape and won’t spread during baking.
