Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g walnuts, ground
- 40 g ground almonds
- 40 g Stevia
- 40 g butter, salted, soft
- 20 g protein powder (vanilla flavor)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Mix all ingredients together until a firm dough forms. Form the dough into 6-7 balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and flatten slightly with your hand. Bake for about 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
