Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine, vegan
- 75 g glucose
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp butter-vanilla flavoring
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the margarine with the glucose, 2 tablespoons of tap water, and the flavoring. Add the salt, flour, and baking powder and knead with a dough hook until a smooth dough forms. Form the dough into approximately 35 small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes.
