Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g salmon
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 liter fish stock from cubes or
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- Allspice
- Salt
- dill
- 200 g cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the potatoes. Dice the onions. Cook the potatoes with the spices and onions in a moderately thickened pan of water, then drain. Prepare the fish stock. Let the salmon pieces simmer in it, then add the potatoes. Add the cream and plenty of chopped dill, and season with salt.
