Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g cream cheese spread
  • 250 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 4 stalk(s) leeks
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 liters of vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the leek and cut into approximately 2 mm thick rings. Brown the minced meat in a little oil in a large pot. Add the leek and sauté briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Simmer the soup for about 1/2 hour. Season with salt and pepper.
