Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs, separated
- 150 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 50 g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water, lukewarm
- 750 g cream cheese
- 500 ml cream
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 125 g sugar
- 1 can peach(s)
- chocolate sprinkles

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with water until frothy, then stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and cornstarch and stir in. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the batter into a dish and bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes. Let the base cool. Mix the quark with the sugar. Whip the cream until stiff, gradually adding the cream stiffener. Stir the cream into the quark mixture. Cut the base crosswise. Place a cake ring around the bottom layer, slice the peaches and arrange them on the base. Reserve a few small pieces for decoration. Spread 3/4 of the quark and cream mixture over the peaches, then place the second layer on top. Spread with the remaining quark and cream mixture. Place small peach pieces around the edge and sprinkle the cake with chocolate sprinkles.
