Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 1 cake base, dark (cut twice)
  • 2 pts. cream powder (vanilla cake cream)
  • 8 bananas
  • ½ liter milk (at least 3.5% fat)
  • 300 g margarine
  • 1 marzipan blanket (ready-made product)
  • 40 g chocolate, whole milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Pour milk into a tall container and add 2 packets of vanilla cake cream powder. Beat with a mixer on high speed until stiff. Put 300g of margarine (room temperature) into a bowl, pour the whipped cake cream all at once onto the margarine and mix well. Spread 2 tablespoons of cream on the first cake layer, place sliced ​​bananas on top. Spread with cream. Place the second cake layer on top and proceed as with the first layer. Spread the remaining cream on the last cake layer and around the edges. Place the marzipan topping on top and press down. Heat the milk chocolate and use a pastry brush to dot the marzipan.
