Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wheat flour
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
- Flour for the work surface
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Own creation
Put the flour and all other ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until the dough no longer sticks to the bowl. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Line a 500g loaf tin with baking paper. After 30 minutes, flour the work surface, the dough and your hands. Lift the dough out of the bowl and knead again by hand until taut. Place the dough in the tin and smooth it out with a pastry brush and a little water. Make a slit lengthwise and put it in a cold oven. The baking time begins when the baking temperature is reached, approx. 40 minutes at 170°C (top/bottom heat).
