Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 ½ kg apples
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, then fold in the peeled and chopped apples. Place baking paper on the baking sheet and drop small heaping spoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Bake the apple slices in an electric oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Let cool briefly and dust with powdered sugar.
