In a small saucepan, gently heat 2 tablespoons of cream with lime juice and zest, stir in the chocolate and let it melt. Chill for 1/2 hour. Wash the strawberries and pat dry. Set aside 2 of the best ones, hull the rest, slice them, and drizzle with honey. Peel the kiwi and slice them too. Whip the remaining cream (approx. 100g) until stiff, gradually add it to the lime cream and fold it in loosely. Divide half of the strawberries between two dessert glasses. Press 3 kiwi slices onto the inner rim of each glass. Pour half of the lime mousse, the remaining strawberries, and finally the remaining mousse into the glasses. Chill for approx. 15 minutes. Cut the two decorative strawberries into fan-shaped slices and garnish the mousse with them.
