Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Use of egg whites when other recipes only require egg yolks

Dry mix the almonds, cocoa, vanilla sugar, and sugar with a spoon. Then stir in the egg whites. Place them on small wafers with a teaspoon. Let them dry for 1 hour and then bake briefly at 180°C. Other ground nuts can be used instead of almonds.
