Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the oil with the sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the vinegar and the flour sifted with the baking powder. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
