Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 150 g fried onions
  • 500 ml malt beer
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix to form a dough. Then pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 45 minutes.
