Bread without yeast with malt beer

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small bottle(s) of malt beer (330 ml)
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • possibly grease for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

very easy and quick

Combine the flour with the malt beer, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Knead for 5 minutes using the dough hook of a hand mixer. Grease a loaf pan or line it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the bread in the center of the oven for 40 minutes. If desired, garnish the bread with fried onions, diced ham, and/or herbs.
