Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups Basmati
  • salt water
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 cups peas (frozen)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • salt and pepper

Cook the rice in salted water as usual and let it cool. Cook the peas according to the package instructions, then slice the spring onions into rings. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Let it marinate well. Basmati rice and frozen peas are essential for a truly delicious salad.
