Nutella cake with quark and cherries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 80 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 jar sour cherries, collect juice
  • 250 g quark
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 pack of cake glaze, red
  • 250 ml cherry juice
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs thoroughly. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and milk. Pour 2/3 of the batter into a greased 26cm springform pan and scatter the cherries on top. Mix the Nutella into the remaining batter and spread it on top of the cherries. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. Mix the quark with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Spread the quark mixture over the cake. Make a glaze with 1/4 l of juice and sugar and cover the cake with it.
