Banana pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), fully ripe
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp buckwheat flour, wholemeal flour-
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tsp syrup (agave syrup) alternatively liquid honey or maple syrup
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • possibly chocolate shavings or chocolate drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with wholemeal buckwheat flour

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. If desired, add a few chocolate chips or chocolate shavings. Fry on both sides in a pan with a little neutral oil. The batter will make 1 large (24cm pan) or 2 smaller pancakes.
