Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), fully ripe
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp buckwheat flour, wholemeal flour-
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 tsp syrup (agave syrup) alternatively liquid honey or maple syrup
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- possibly chocolate shavings or chocolate drops
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with wholemeal buckwheat flour
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. If desired, add a few chocolate chips or chocolate shavings. Fry on both sides in a pan with a little neutral oil. The batter will make 1 large (24cm pan) or 2 smaller pancakes.
