Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g wheat, finely ground
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml buttermilk
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 30 g sugar, or less
- 1 pinch of salt
- some mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix everything together into a batter, add a little mineral water (this makes them fluffier), and bake in batches in a waffle iron. Depending on the thickness, you’ll make 6-10 waffles. Serve with fake whipped cream and fruit, or whatever you like. Total weight per serving: 32 lbs.
