Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 g almond flakes
  • 100 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cut the marzipan into very small pieces. Mix well with the sugar and egg whites using a mixer on the lowest speed. Form the dough into about 10 rolls, each about 5 cm long. Roll them into croissants, then roll them in the sliced ​​almonds and press them down. Bake for 15 minutes and let them cool on a wire rack. Melt the chocolate coating and dip the ends of the croissants in the chocolate. Let them dry.
