Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) cheese (Emmental), grated (or other cheese)
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp salt (less salt for spicy cheese)
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup(s) sage, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Knead all ingredients thoroughly until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Form into nut-sized balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and flatten with a fork. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
