Cheeseburger Casserole

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp mustard flour
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 pack of cheddar cheese
  • 6 large burger buns

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 42 minutes

very simple

Dice the garlic and onion. Place the ground beef in the hot pan and add all the ingredients. Brown the ground beef. Halve the buns and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spread the fried ground beef on top. Then place the cheese on top and cover with the top halves of the buns. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Tip: You can also form the ground beef into burger parties, so everything stays in place. But add all the ingredients beforehand. You can of course experiment with this recipe yourself, depending on your taste. Choose between jalapenos, bacon, BBQ sauce, or whatever you like—just experiment.
