Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 ml oil
  • 100 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 apples (Boskoop)
  • possibly sugar granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

sweet, makes 9 pieces.

Knead the quark, oil, sugar, flour, egg, and baking powder into a dough. Peel and core the apples, dice them, and mix them into the dough. Form the dough into small rolls (about the size of a fist). If desired, you can roll the tops in sugar. Bake the rolls at 150°C for 35 minutes.
