Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 5 tbsp whole grain flakes or unsweetened muesli
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp bran (wheat bran)
  • 5 tbsp natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with banana and natural yogurt

Mash the banana into a puree. Add the whole-grain flakes, wheat bran, and flaxseed to the banana in the cereal bowl and stir briefly. Microwave briefly to warm it slightly. Finally, pour the natural yogurt over the top. It can, of course, be made with other seeds, etc., but I only have flaxseed and wheat bran on hand right now. It doesn’t have to be microwaved; it can also be enjoyed cold.
