Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of fresh yeast
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 50 g flaxseed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Dissolve the yeast in the water and add the vinegar. Mix in the remaining ingredients with a dough hook and pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Place the bread in a cold oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes.
