Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g sugar
  • 180 ml oil
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp jam
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 3 packs of pudding powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 4 eggs
  • e.g. cake icing or powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection oven) for approximately 40 to 50 minutes. Once cooled, turn out of the pan and glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
