Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g oat flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups yogurt, Greek
- 3 bananas
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Honey, optional
- Walnuts, optional
- Protein powder, optional, approx. 2 scoops
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
simple, quick, clean, without flour and without sugar
Mash the bananas with a fork, then combine with all the other ingredients and stir until smooth. A hand mixer also works great. Pour the batter into a baking pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. I bake the banana bread without walnuts or protein powder and with 1 tablespoon of honey.
